Heart Surgery In The Elevator by George O'Malley!

There are some beautiful conversations and quips and remarks and loving that goes on in those elevators at Grey + Sloan Memorial Hospital, particularly when they stop the elevator to talk or release emotions, but this has to be by far the best scene. George O'Malley owns Karev's butt and it's one of the story lines that really got me into Greys. This is from Season 2, Episode 5.
